- I.R.S. Mileage per diem rate has increased to $ .555 cents per mile effective January 1, 2011.  All staff reimbursement forms have been updated to reflect this change.  Click here for an updated Form 24 Staff Reimburement or Form 25 Mileage only Reimbursement.
